Pastilla Nash Sugar Plum & Walnut Log is a very unique old family recipe which is handmade using 100% Australian products in Sydney.  It is a delectable combination of Australian Walnuts and organic Sugar Plums.  The walnuts are grown in Tasmania and the sugar plums in New South Wales.

This exquisite balance of natural flavors leaves you wanting more. Sugar Plum & Walnut Log is the perfect accompaniment with cheese and is irresistible as a petit four with tea and coffee. It contains no dairy products, no additives, no preservatives and is wheat and gluten free. 

It is served in Tetsuya’s restaurant in Sydney.  Tetsuya’s is in the top 10 restaurants of the world. It is also served with the cheese course in first class on Qantas. It is Kosher and Halal certified and is also certified by the Coeliac Socieity of Australia.

It is available in a food service size of 750g or retail size 260g.  It has a 12 months shelf life.
