National Restaurant Association Show

The 2009 National Restaurant Association Show (NRA) is the largest foodservice show in North America and the premier international marketplace for the restaurant and hospitality industry. NRA 2008 attracted over 71,000 industry professionals from 115 countries and buyers from 92% of the top 200 restaurant chains in the United States.

Austrade will be building a 16-booth Australia Pavilion, showcasing the very best ‘center of the plate’ foods and premium wines that Australia has to offer. This very visible branding of the pavilion and chef demonstrations will help make Australia one of the prominent exhibiting countries at NRA 2009.

The Australian Pavilion is located at South Hall, Level 3A, Booth 1612 at McCormick Place, and is easily identifiable by the iconic kangaroo overhead. Companies participating in the Australian Pavilion include:
