Leatherwood Honey Glazed Ham, Goat Cheese and Cabernet Paste
Directions:
Warm Tasmanian Leatherwood honey gently and brush over thick slices of Little Kentucky Smokehouse Ham, place on a foil-lined oven tray and warm in a moderate oven for a few minutes to slightly caramelise.
Spread Tucker’s Natural Caramelised Onion Crackers with Biogrape Cabernet Paste and a spoon of the Moondarra Goat Cheese, top with warm ham and enjoy straight away with a glass of Turner’s Crossing Cabernet. |
