Greg Norman Australian Prime™ is produced in a partnership between Greg Norman and the Australian Agricultural Company.  The venture produces two lines of imported Australian beef:

Greg Norman Signature™ Wagyu, an Australian kobe-style beef, is graded on the Japanese marble scale and offered in scores 5-9, all of which exceed USDA Prime in marbling.  This extraordinarily tender, flavorful beef is served in fine restaurants, clubs, hotels and resorts throughout the country, as well as in selected retail.  The line also includes Signature Wagyu patties, “sliders” and franks for both food service and retail.

Greg Norman Premium™ is Australia’s “everyday” beef.  It is graded “Tenderness Guaranteed” by Meat & Livestock Australia.
