All natural and high in protein, our seafood products contain no hormones, antibiotics or preservatives, and have negligible traces of metals. Complete nutrition information for each product is available on request. Some of our products include: Wild caught Australian Prawns (Black Tiger and Banana), Salt water farmed Australian Barramundi, Ahi Tuna, Yellowtail Kingfish and Kona (Spanner) Crab.

Available in individually vacuum sealed fillets, portion controlled, packed 1, 2, or 3 lb retail boxes or stand-up bags and 25lb bulk boxes for foodservice. Our processors strictly adhere to EU, US FDA, Australian & AVA food standards. All processes are clearly identified in our HACCP program and AQIS, the export authority regularly audit our facilities.
